Haynes and Boone is seeking patent agents with 2+ years of patent prosecution experience to join our Orange County office.  The ideal candidate will have at least a college degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or physics, and have well-developed skills in patent application preparation and prosecution.  Experience with wireless telecommunications, signal processing, computer networking or semiconductor engineering experience is preferred. 

Haynes and Boone is also seeking lateral associates with 2-4 years of patent prosecution experience in prosecution, with USTPO credentials.  The ideal candidate will have at least a college degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or physics, have well-developed skills in patent application preparation and prosecution, and experience in conducting validity and infringement assessments.  Experience with wireless telecommunications, signal processing, computer networking or semiconductor engineering experience is preferred.
